While watching the Detroit Red Wings play shorthanded against the up-and-coming Central division Jackets, (a 3-2 OT loss for the Wings) there was mention that Detroit has scheduled a press conference tomorrow @ 2pm. A topic hasn't been revealed, but Detroit still needs to sign Zetterberg, Franzen, Hossa and Hudler before next season starts.
GM Ken Holland has stated that signing Zetterberg is his top priority.
In the NHL "Salary Cap Era" this press conference could potentially define the future of the Red Wings.

Rumours on TSN.ca are reporting a 72 million dollar deal over 12 years... not sure if it's front loaded or back loaded. More info after the press confrence at 2pm...
